JHAT.. Coffee grinder stand for Comandante C40/C60 【American Walnut -AIZOME-】

Stand for Comandante C40/C60

A dedicated stand designed to display your Comandante beautifully.

Designed with the moments between uses in mind, the stand brings the grinder body and crank together in a balanced, uncluttered arrangement.

American Walnut -AIZOME-

AIZOME is JHAT..'s natural indigo-dyed finish applied to American Walnut.

Indigo layered over walnut's dark tones and grain creates a nuanced blue with depth rather than a flat, uniform color. The grain remains visible, and the way the indigo takes to the wood makes each piece distinctive.

Indigo has a long history in Japan and is often associated with 'Japan Blue.' Combined with the rich character of walnut, its deep tone quietly complements the Comandante.

With time and use, subtle changes in color and sheen become part of the finish's character. This gradual evolution is one of the pleasures of AIZOME.

Finish

We use a hybrid wood finish that combines plant-based oils with a polyurethane hardener.

This finish preserves the natural texture and feel of solid wood while improving durability and resistance to everyday stains. JHAT.. chose it to balance the beauty of natural wood with the practical needs of daily use.

The finish has also passed testing in accordance with Japan's Food Sanitation Act.

About Natural Wood

JHAT.. uses solid natural wood.

Each piece has its own grain, color, and tonal variations, even within the same wood species. Small knots and distinctive grain patterns are part of the wood's natural character, which we preserve and embrace in our products.

Care & Handling

For everyday care, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a well-wrung damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.

Do not leave water or moisture on the surface, as this may cause staining or discoloration. Wipe away any moisture promptly.

As solid wood responds to its environment, direct sunlight, high humidity, heat, and sudden changes in temperature or humidity may cause warping or cracking. Use and store the stand in a relatively stable environment.

If scratches or wear to the finish become noticeable over time, please contact JHAT.. to discuss refinishing.

Natural indigo may gradually fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or strong UV light. To help preserve its color, avoid using or storing the stand in direct sunlight.
